About - C and M Concrete
C and M Concrete was founded by Matt Sadl as a premier St. Louis-area concrete contractor. Matt started in the concrete business when he was just 16 years old. Rising from skilled laborer to owner of his own St. Louis concrete contracting company for the past 25 years. From the beginning, he has brought a strong work ethic, integrity, and fair pricing to his services.
In the highly specialized arena of poured-in-place rubber safety surfaces, Matt is the only certified dealer of an internationally recognized rubber safety surface product in the midwest United States called Rubaroc®. His territory covers all of Missouri and parts of southern and mid-Illinois.
Matt’s focus on detail and attention to high customer satisfaction has created a long-standing business that has multiple repeat customers who eagerly refer Matt’s expertise in concrete services and rubber safety surfacing.
Outside of C and M Concrete, coming off a career of Formula Light boat racing and Alpine Slalom and Giant Slalom USSA/FIS racing, Matt today is a Alpine Ski Coach with the Hidden Valley Ski Team and actively participates as a referee in Formula Light boat racing.
